One, CNC manipulator equipment requirements for the working environment precision CNC manipulator equipment generally has the requirements of constant temperature environment, only under constant temperature conditions, to ensure the accuracy of manipulator and working position accuracy.The general manipulator has no specific requirements for room temperature, but a lot of practice shows that when the room temperature is too high, the failure rate of CNC system increases greatly.

Two, CNC manipulator equipment for compressed air supply system requirements CNC machine tools generally use a lot of pneumatic components, so the workshop should be connected to the clean, dry compressed air supply system network.The flow and pressure shall meet the requirements.Compressed air machine to be installed away from the CNC manipulator.According to the layout of the workshop and the amount of air used, it should be considered to install frozen air in coal machine, air filter, gas storage tank, safety valve and other equipment for the compressed air supply system network.

Third, the voltage fluctuation of the power grid should be controlled between +10% ~ -15%.
