How to configure manipulator for large injection molding machine

1. The large-scale horizontal moving manipulator series is suitable for the finished products of 350~4000 tons of various horizontal injection molding machines and water outlet extraction.

2. There are single and double intercept forms for arm;The upper and lower stroke ranges from 1200~3000mm. The auxiliary arm can be added for three pieces of mold, and at the same time, it can clip the finished product and the nozzle.

3. The horizontal axis is driven by variable-frequency motor (AC servo motor can also be selected according to actual needs).

4. Up and down, drawing is driven by cylinder to save cost. The upper and lower shaft of finished arm can be driven by AC servo motor according to needs, to increase the extraction efficiency in the mold.

5. The installation of manipulator can improve the production capacity (20-30%), reduce the defective rate of products and precisely control the production volume.

6. It can guarantee the safety of operators and reduce waste.

Body structure:

1. The horizontal axis is driven by frequency conversion motor, or AC servo motor can be selected, with positioning accuracy up to ±0.1mm.

2. The upper and lower drawing shaft are driven by cylinder, and AC servo motor can be selected to drive the upper and lower forearm, horizontal and drawing. Precision straight and high rigid linear slide rail is used up and down, and the abrasion resistance is long.

3. The upper and lower arms use light and high rigid aluminum alloy extruded structural beams, which can meet the requirements of fast extraction speed, small vibration, high efficiency and long service life. Modular design for mass production, strong interchangeability of parts

Adopt high rigid linear slide rail, aluminum alloy structure beam, specially designed belt speed doubling mechanism, greatly shorten the structural height of upper and lower arms, and only half of the stroke of upper and lower cylinder can reach the full stroke. In addition to increasing the speed and stability of upper and lower rows, it can also be used in the place with low height of workshop.

Optional functions:

1. Electric drawing adjustment: electric remote control adjustment of drawing position and stroke, saving adjustment time and increasing operation safety.

2. Up and down electric adjustment stroke: up and down electric remote control adjustment can save adjustment time and increase the safety of operation.

3. Horizontal axis digital control: The horizontal stroke can be set digitally, and the finished product can be placed in multiple points and cycles, up to 99 points, for arranging the finished product.

4. Lateral servo motor drive: AC servo motor can be used to drive the lateral shaft, and precision planetary reducer is adopted to drive by belt, with fast speed and accurate positioning;The positioning accuracy is up to ±0.1mm, which can be applied to the extraction of accurate positioning.

5. Release spray group: The number of sprays and the duration of each spray can be set. The nozzle can be installed on the arm or mold, and two groups can be set up at most.

6. Middle plate detection: confirm the middle plate position when applied to the third plate die to avoid the auxiliary arm hitting the die.

7. Photoelectric detection of finished products: Place finished products on the conveyor belt to prevent collision of finished products.

8. Air pressure shearing device: It can be installed on the arm or transverse end of the shearing head.

9. Slow downlink of the external objects of the mold: it can avoid injuring the operator.
